Restlet was once again a proud sponsor of the APIdays conference in Paris. Last year we were there to announce the public beta of our APISpark platform, which is now generally available, and this year we announced the availability of a new product: Restlet Studio, a lightweight IDE to design APIs. More details on this in this previous blog post by Jerome.

Jerome Louvel, Chief Geek at Restlet, gave a talk on “The State of Web API Languages”. IMG_6089
Here are the slides in case you missed the talk or would like to view them again:

Our API Mad Scientist, Jonathan Michaux, animated an exciting workshop on how to “Craft and Deploy your API in a few clicks with online tooling”.

And our Geek Sitter, Severine Kribaa, came in as reinforcement for the demos: IMG_6083
The event has grown a lot since the previous year and promises to grow again. We met interesting people and got some valuable feedback. You can be sure to see us again next year!

Special thanks to Mehdi Medjaoui, Pierre-Yves Platini and Pierre-Olivier Cazenave for the organization.

Happy holidays!
